TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern any booking of MMNT HQ’s studio space and equipment, made through mmnthq.com or by direct arrangement with MMNT Productions LLC. By submitting a booking you confirm that you have read these terms and that you agree to them on behalf of yourself and anyone on set with you.

Bookings are accepted up to 14 days in advance, in slots of 2, 4, or 8 hours. The studio is open 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Beirut time (GMT+2/3). A 1-hour cleaning and reset window is held between bookings.

A submitted booking is held as pendinguntil the deposit is confirmed received. We’ll send a confirmation email once the deposit clears. Until then, the slot is not guaranteed.

On-set extensions are billed at $30 per hour on top of a 2h booking, $25 per hour on a 4h booking, and $20 per hour on the full day. Extensions are subject to the next booking on the calendar.

• 4 hours — $100
• 8 hours (full day) — $180
• Photo or video kit is included. Both kits rigged together — $40 additional (4h and 8h bookings only).
• Extra grip package — $50

A 50% deposit is required at booking, payable via Whish. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, before kit goes live. We accept Whish for both deposit and balance.

The deposit is refundable in full if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full booked rate.

MMNT may cancel or reschedule a booking in case of a power outage, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control. If we do, you’ll receive a full refund or a rebooking at no extra cost — your choice.

Crew on set is capped at 3 people, not including any model or subject the renter brings. The space is shared with our own team; please leave it the way you found it.

Power on site is 25A / 220V single circuit. Do not connect equipment that exceeds this rating. Someone from MMNT is on set for the duration of the booking and is the final authority on equipment use and safety.

No smoking, no open flames, no live animals without prior agreement. Food and drink are allowed in designated areas only. Damage caused by misuse is billed at replacement cost.

The photo and video kits are provided in working order at the start of the booking. The renter is responsible for the kit during the booking and will be billed for loss or damage at replacement cost.

Equipment may not leave the premises without prior written permission. The studio manager handles all rigging changes.

Submitting a booking constitutes acknowledgment of the following:

• You and your crew enter the studio at your own risk. MMNT Productions LLC is not liable for personal injury or property loss except in cases of gross negligence.
• You hold MMNT Productions LLC harmless from any claim arising from the content you produce on the premises, including third-party rights in the content (model releases, music licensing, location releases, etc.).
• You confirm that you have or will obtain all necessary releases from models, performers, and third parties appearing in or contributing to the content.

Equipment may also be rented on its own, without the studio, through mmnthq.com/rentals. Rentals are priced per unit per day, booked in whole days, and accepted up to 14 days in advance. A rental is held as pending until the 50% deposit is confirmed received. No dates are reserved before that. The balance is payable at handoff, when the equipment changes hands, and equipment is not released until it is paid. The deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before pickup.

Equipment leaving our premises is released against the renter’s government-issued identity card, which we hold from pickup until the equipment is returned to us and checked. The card is returned at that point and is not copied, retained, or shared. This does not apply where a technician or assistant assigned by MMNT Productions LLC accompanies the equipment, in which case custody remains with us throughout.

Some equipment is released only with an MMNT technician, and the booking flow adds that technician automatically where it applies. Crew is charged per person per day and is not discounted.

The renter is responsible for the equipment from pickup until return, including loss and theft. Equipment returned damaged is charged in full at the official distributor price in Lebanon. Equipment not returned on the agreed date is charged at the day rate for each additional day.
