PRIVACY POLICY
How MMNT Productions LLC handles the personal data you give us through mmnthq.com. We collect what we need to run a booking and nothing else.
Short version
We collect the data you give us when you submit a booking or contact form (your name, email, phone number, and what you’re shooting). We use it to confirm bookings, run the shoot, and reach you about it afterwards. We don’t sell it. We don’t share it with anyone other than the services we need to run mmnthq.com.
1. What we collect
- Booking data: name, email, phone number, requested date, duration, equipment selection, and any notes you write about the project. Plus the booking timestamp and a generated ID.
- Contact form: name, email, and the message you send.
- Technical:basic server access logs from our hosting provider (Vercel). These are used to investigate site issues. They include IP addresses and are retained per the hosting provider’s default policy.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting on mmnthq.com.
2. How we use it
- To process and confirm your booking.
- To reach you about the shoot itself (logistics, scheduling, payment).
- To follow up after a booking if there’s an outstanding balance, missing release, or operational matter.
- To respond to a contact-form message you sent us.
4. How long we keep it
- Completed bookings: kept for up to 24 months after the shoot for accounting, refunds, and dispute resolution.
- Cancelled or pending bookings older than 90 days: deleted on the next periodic cleanup.
- Contact-form messages: kept in the inbox; deleted on request.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete it (subject to record-keeping required for accounting).
